Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Estimated Delivery Times
— United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
— Canada: 10–18 business days after dispatch
— United Kingdom & Ireland: 10–18 business days after dispatch
— Europe: 10–20 business days after dispatch
— Australia & New Zealand: 14–25 business days after dispatch
— Rest of World: 14–30 business days after dispatch
These windows reflect typical delivery times. Some orders may arrive sooner; international customs delays may occasionally extend delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Free shipping promotions, where available, are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link in that email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at info@rcmliving.com. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
