Our Standard Return Window: 60 Days

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

— In the original packaging where applicable
— Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping in full.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return — we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Extended Guarantees
Some products on our store offer extended satisfaction guarantees beyond our standard 30-day return window. These are listed clearly on the individual product page and apply in addition to your statutory rights.
