Authorization & Charges
When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full order amount. The actual charge occurs once your order is confirmed and ready for fulfillment.
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. You'll receive an email asking you to update your payment information or try a different method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@rcmliving.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it — but you can return it within our 30-day return window.

We use industry-standard fraud detection tools to protect both our customers and our store. Orders flagged for review may be temporarily held while we verify the transaction. We may contact you to confirm details before shipping.
